Hey guys, im Alex Cameron and im a fitness coach at a major USA gym chain. My job ensures im skinny, but how do YOU get the sort of body that you want? -The sales page and intro page are a little bit 'cheesy' and have pretty pictures and horrible colours, which I think puts me off a bit. But hey, at the end of the day, if the diet gets results, then who cares how its delivered.

-In additon to the diet calculator tool, perhaps an exercise plan calculator would be ideal. I have informed this area of concern to the publishers. Depends if you like exercise or not...

What i thought was great about fatloss 4 idiots

Do you know which kind of body tissue burns more calories-even when your not excersing? I'll give you three guesses. You got it - your body uses more energy to maintain and feed muscle than it does fat.
