Cheat days are a fabulous strategy for battling junk food cravings because you set aside one day each week to eat anything and everything you want. I’ll go get a pizza, a Big Mac, a bag of Lindor Dark Chocolate truffles, a bag of potato chips and anything else I want to eat that day. I don't worry about calories for the entire day, I just enjoy eating anything I desire. It’s the best day.

Using a cheat day will actually help boost your metabolism every other day of the week, helping you burn more fat each day!

Exercising to Lose Weight After Pregnancy

Hopefully you’ve been doing some exercising during your pregnancy to help keep your muscle in decent shape. If not, just begin from your current place. When you chose an exercise plan in it's important to chose one that's enjoyable, that's effective and that doesn't need a lot of time devoted to it.
