What I didnt like about Fatloss 4 idiots

-The sales page and intro page are a little bit 'cheesy' and have pretty pictures and horrible colours, which I think puts me off a bit. But hey, at the end of the day, if the diet gets results, then who cares how its delivered.

-In additon to the diet calculator tool, perhaps an exercise plan calculator would be ideal. I have informed this area of concern to the publishers. Depends if you like exercise or not...

What i thought was great about fatloss 4 idiots

It is key to choose to make changes in every part of your life, or it will be difficult to lose excess weight. Go through and think of all the places where you spend most of your time every week. These can be work, your daily ride to work or school, at home, whatever you do lots of. Then make a list of what you usually do in each situation.

Are you a couch potato or active in that specific situation? What your diet is comprised of and what you are eating, and when are you eating? Is it very stressful?
