Hey guys, im Alex Cameron and im a fitness coach at a major USA gym chain. My job ensures im skinny, but how do YOU get the sort of body that you want? Well, as I do, you can gym 5 times a week and eat a very strict plan of food. Or you can try a reputable diet, and one thats recieved alot of press over the last year is called 'Fatloss 4 Idiots'.

A few clients have asked me about it, so I combined my love of writing with a love of all things fitness, into this review of the product.

I emailed the authors, who happily supplied me with a copy which I have been using myself as well as with some clients. Im more than pleased with the progress, but how will it fare for you...?

Some might have an idea that this diet is like most others that 'work'. You just eat bugger all, and go to the gym 4 times a week and that weight drops off. Meal 4: Cottage Cheese on wheat cracker

Meal 1: Oatmeal porridge or cereal

The best thing I liked about this 'calorie shifting', is that its not an unachieveable fad, or a dangerous scheme to trick your body into shelling weight fast, like the low carb, aitkens or liquid diets. It a long term plan that is good for you. And as a side note please, please, please ensure your body gets the quality foods you need, or you run the risk of permanant damage. Dont ever use rubbish diets that have no carb. You will definitly harm yourself long term!

So now know the basis behind fatloss 4 idiots, but I bet your wanting to know just how much weight you could actually lose...? As we know, the results make or break decisions!

Myself, being pretty skinny at 12% body fat, went down to just over 10% body fat in two weeks. Impressive stuff.

What I didnt like about Fatloss 4 idiots

-The sales page and intro page are a little bit 'cheesy' and have pretty pictures and horrible colours, which I think puts me off a bit. But hey, at the end of the day, if the diet gets results, then who cares how its delivered.

-In additon to the diet calculator tool, perhaps an exercise plan calculator would be ideal. I have informed this area of concern to the publishers. Depends if you like exercise or not...

What i thought was great about fatloss 4 idiots

-Fat Loss 4 Idiots has a superb diet meal calculator that works out all the meals without you doing it. Theres so many options, that it would be hard to get bored. The choice is amazing. Just stick at it, dont mix it up to much from what the tool says to do!

-The program is nice and simple. If you wish to understand the metabolism and calorie shifting you can, however you can also just get on with it, without the jargon. Its layout and great, easy to follow ideas are the best ive seen.
